The Sun Yat-sen University Oncology Medical Center is positioned as a large-scale oncology medicine platform, requiring a clear order across intensive clinical functions, research collaboration and the urban public interface. The design narrative centers on a legible medical street, stable zoning logic and bright public spaces.

Design Focus

• Create a highly legible arrival and public circulation system for oncology care.
• Build stable zoning across clinical, research and support functions.
• Use atriums and visual axes to reduce the perceived complexity of a large campus.
